Anchuan Maintenance Manual

TIME:2018-12-29

This paper introduces the structure, lubrication method of the main engine in Anchuan and the inspection and adjustment method of the brake.

Data compilation purposes: With the widespread use of HGP elevators, Anchuan mainframe has also been widely used. This information provides a basis for its routine maintenance, inspection and adjustment, and guides maintenance personnel to solve the problems of Anchuan mainframe accurately and quickly.

The basic contents of this information are as follows:

(1) Anchuan main engine cleaning, oil inspection and refueling.

(2) Lubrication of Anchuan tractor.

(3) Inspection and adjustment of main engine brake in Anchuan.

The preparation of this maintenance process mainly refers to the HGP Elevator Installation and Debugging Manual.

Figure 1. Appearance of motor brake

The brake is based on motor flange and symmetrically arranged left and right. It is composed of a magnetic field (with an electromagnetic coil inside), an electromagnet composed of armature and a main spring inside the magnetic field. The armature and the connected bracket are equipped with friction plates. When applied force to the brake surface inside the motor rotor, the braking moment will be generated. In addition, brake switches for brake action detection are installed at the lower part of the magnetic field.

II. Mainframe Inspection and Cleaning

1. Keep the surface of motor, tractor frame and brake free from dust and oil pollution.

2. Clean the traction wheel. Clean the oil on the guide wheel with metal cleaner if necessary.

3. Check whether the shockproof glue is cracked or damaged.

4. Check whether the installation bolts, nuts and codes of load-bearing beams, frame and shock-proof glue of tractor are loose or not.

3. Lubrication of tractor

The position of lubricating grease filling and discharging for tractor bearing is as follows:

Figure 2. Location of lubricating grease filling and discharging for tractor bearings

The bearing grease of tractor is supplied once a year, 100 grams each time. When supplying, please use the same type of grease every time. If different types of grease are mixed, the service life of the grease will be shortened. Replenishment sequence: a. Remove the outer cover of the outlet and drain the grease from the outlet; B. Insert the oil injection gun into the injection inlet of the grease, slowly inject the prescribed amount, do not rush; C. Reduce the grease after the grease is injected.

Note: When lubricating grease is supplied, there will be a short time bearing temperature rise, which will be reduced after a certain period of time, so there is no need to worry about bearing temperature rise.

IV. Inspection and adjustment of brakes

4.1 outline

When the electromagnetic coil is electrified, the armature is attracted to the side of the magnetic field. The gap between the brake friction plate and the brake surface of the motor rotor is generated, and the braking force is released. This state is called the brake attraction state. At this time, the braking force is zero, and the traction wheel load integrated with the motor rotor is in a non-braking state. When the solenoid coil is cut off, the main spring compressed inside the brake produces force, thus the friction disc has the braking force that can be applied to the inner brake surface of the motor rotor. This state is called brake release state. At this time, the braking force is generated, and the traction wheel load integrated with the motor rotor is in the braking state.

The following are the descriptions of the brake attraction state and the brake release state:

1) Attractive state of brake

The armature is attracted to the side of the magnetic field. The gap between the brake pad and the brake surface of the motor rotor (the gap between the brake pad) is generated, and the braking force is released. The braking force becomes zero, and the traction wheel load integrated with the motor rotor is in a non-braking state. At this time, there is no gap between armature and magnetic field.

2) Brake release status

The armature is released from one side of the magnetic field, and the brake friction disc exerts force on the brake surface of the motor rotor. The braking force is generated, and the traction wheel load integrated with the motor rotor is in braking state. At this time, there is a gap between the armature and the electromagnet (magnetic field gap).

4.2 Adjustment Method of Brake Skin Clearance

When adjusting the brake disc clearance is necessary, the following two main points should be applied:

1) The brake equipment is symmetrically arranged left and right. When adjusting, the brake equipment is arranged left and right together.

2) When the traction wheel is loaded, it may cause the load to fall down. Measures must be taken to prevent the load from falling off.

4.2.1 Brake disc tilt adjustment

This is to reduce the action sound of the brake, so that the brake surface and the motor rotor brake surface are in the same relative plane. The parallelism between the brake surface and the brake surface of the motor rotor should be kept below 0.05 mm. The tilt of the brake pad is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the attached filler (thickness 0.05 mm, 0.10 mm).

Figure 3. Brake disc tilt adjustment

1) Investigation of brake disc tilt.

The brake is attracted by the magnetic field. The plug gauge is inserted from the top, bottom and front of the brake disc clearance to measure the brake disc clearance.

2) When the inclination of the front and bottom of the brake disc clearance is above 0.05 mm, adjust it in the following order:

A. For the case where the front clearance of the brake disc is narrower and the inner clearance is wider:

Remove the fastening screw of the brake pad and use it parallel to the inside and side of the brake pad as a reference to increase the filler (however, if the front filler is installed, in order to keep the parallel between the faces, there will be the possibility of adjusting by removing part of the filler).

B. Where the front clearance of the brake disc is wider and the inner clearance is narrower:

Loosen the fastening screw of the brake pad and add the filling pad on the front side of the brake pad.

3) The alternation of electrification and power failure of electromagnetic coil makes the brake attraction state and release state repeat 2-3 times. After that, the brake disc tilt is adjusted and the plug gauge is used to confirm whether the brake is within 0.05 mm. After adjustment, confirm whether the brake pad fastening screw has been tightened.
